Maire has a vast range of expertise to offer front line staff, teams and organisations. Due to the complexity that surrounds hoarding behaviours, workers often feel overwhelmed, highly stressed and at loss of how to move forwards when trying to address required outcomes. Additionally services are often, understandably underprepared, uninformed and ill-equipped to address the complex issues that come with hoarding behaviours.
The below services offer increased worker and organisational confidence, client understanding, clear direction and solid processes to move forward with. It is recommended but not a requirement that individuals wanting supervision, attend a training day to support a solid knowledge foundation to pivot from.
Supervision – One on one supervision is highly focused and intensive support around those difficult and overwhelming cases, and/or developing skill sets in this area. $220 per hour – package deals available. Delivery via phone, virtual meeting, or in person pending location.
Consultancy – Project focused, focusing on specific organisational needs. eg. building new or reviewing internal systems, reviewing staff capability, supporting and strategising on specific cases etc. Pricing is subject to project requirements. Delivery via Zoom and/or in person pending location.
Training – Hoarding Unpacked Training Program travels around NZ and Australia each year and also has an online delivery option. If you would like this training to come to your location and want to host a community training event please get in touch. Hoarding Unpacked training is also delivered privately for organisations – please get in touch. Maire delivers approximately 20 training programs a year. Hosting a community training day offers a chance to highlight your service and to create an industry and networking event. The training room needs to hold minimal 20 people, have slideshow capabilities, and you receive a free ticket to the training in exchange.
Above rates are the same for NZ and AU. Invoices are made out to either New Zealand and Australian dollar pending your business location and paid into a bank account in your country.
Don’t miss the free facebook group run by Hoarding Unpacked for front line workers to ask each other questions, share resources and respectfully support each other – while they are trying to create safer home environments for individuals, families and communities.
